Roof East Summer Parties — URBAN SPACE EVENTS

Roof East is an open-air rooftop bar, street food, cinema, interactive games and urban park events space available from April through to December.

Situated in the heart of Stratford, opposite Stratford train station and Westfield Shopping Centre, Roof East has spectacular views over the former Olympic park and London City skyline.

Looking out over the park amongst the hustle and bustle of the bar and games area, our private hire spaces offer 300m2 of exclusive covered event space with a private terraces making the most of the city views.

FACILITIES: Full lighting set up, own bar and seating, heating and private outdoor terrace with background music.

ACCESS:Located in on the 8th floor accessible by lift from The Stratford Centre
AREA: 162m2 per Private Hire Area
GAMES: 6 x lawn bowl lanes, 4 x batting cages, 9 holes of crazy golf, table tennis and giant Jenga

The Dugout

Groups from 20 to 35

For groups from 20 to 35 (You can book it for lower numbers but the minimum spend is for 20 people)

£45 per person will include:

Private area including covered space and a private terrace
Bar tab equivalent to 3 drinks per head (beer, wine single, spirits and mixers)
1 x food voucher per person.

The Pavilion

Groups from 40 to 180

Available time slots:

12pm to 5pm or
5.30pm to 11pm

For larger groups The Pavilion can be hired with adjoining Summer House.

Includes:

Exclusive use of one of the Covered Private Hire spaces with outdoor terrace. Has own staff, furniture, bar and lighting
Set numbers of drinks per head – beer, wine, single spirits and mixers
Option of cocktail or fizz as a welcome drink
Various food options – street food vouchers to private food stands and BBQ’s
Use of all or some of the games as required – 9 holes of mini golf, batting cages, bowls, curling

Summer House

Groups from 40 to 150

Available time slots:

12pm to 5pm or
5.30pm to 11pm

For larger groups the Summer House can be hired with adjoining Pavilion.
